Complaining Employee is gone

I let her go today. I was hoping for a peaceful ending, like when I was fired, once, a long time ago. Of course, however, there were tears and anger, on her part.

But it just wasn't going to work out in the long run.

    Whoa! Sounds stressful. I hope you are able to hire someone new soon and that they work better with you and your team.
